Presented by Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP
Seminar | February 15, 2017

Katten attorneys Claudia Callaway, Christina Grigorian and Genus Heidary will present "Clean Tech and the OCC Special Purpose National Bank Charters for Fintech Companies" to members of the MDV Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) on Wednesday, February 15 at 12:00 p.m. (ET). The primary regulator of the nation’s largest banks, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), announced in December 2016 that it may consider issuing "special purpose national bank charters" to online lenders, payment processors and other financial-technology (Fintech) firms. Presenters will explore the mechanics of the proposed charter as well as ways to use such a financial vehicle.
