  • False advertising, First Amendment and deceptive trade practice litigation and claims (including claims under the federal Lanham Act and state unfair competition laws; and disputes involving the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), state attorneys general and the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Better Business Bureau)

  • Creation, production and distribution of materials in all media
  • Trademark clearance, prosecution, use and enforcement
  • Managing relationships with vendors and preparing master service agreements, statements of work, licenses, and software development and various other service-level agreements
