Daniel H. Render

Daniel Render concentrates his practice on corporate matters. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on clients in the sports and technology industries.

Daniel has represented a number of professional sports teams, including the Chicago White Sox, Golden State Warriors, Sacramento Kings, Chicago Bulls, Milwaukee Bucks, New York Islanders and Philadelphia Union. He has assisted these and other clients in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, sales, equity and debt financings, team expansions, media rights agreements, sponsorship agreements (including naming rights agreements), arena/stadium matters, ticketing agreements, retail merchandising agreements, and executive and coach employment agreements.

Daniel previously worked in the marketing department for the Chicago White Sox. During law school, Daniel led a team of students in the University of Chicago's Corporate Lab, where he worked on various transactional matters for a Fortune 50 technology company and a leading luxury fashion retailer.
