Frank Arado Quoted on Apartment Market Growth

Firm News | January 29, 2016

Real Estate partner Frank Arado was quoted in The Charlotte Observer, comparing the current real estate market in Charlotte to that of 2006. Frank noted that in 2006, many of the condos planned were either never built or converted to apartments. He said, "It feels like 2006 all over again, except the apartment market has replaced those condos. There are a lot of people talking about this being the end of that market." Frank made the comments while serving as a moderator at Katten's recent "Ninth Annual Outlook on the Commercial Real Estate Market."
