An update and recommendations from the Visible Invisibility Study, highlighting statistical and real life examples of obstacles women of color face in law firms, will be presented by one of the study's architects Dr. Arin Reeves of the Athens Group. Attendees will also hear an interactive panel discussion with Partner Leslie Minier and other women of color partners from various law firms on strategies for success.
