Washington: Six PSM Citations Vacated, Refinery Utilities Not Subject to MI or PHA

Following twelve days of testimony and extensive post-hearing briefing, on May 11, 2018, an Industrial Appeals Judge ("IAJ") with the Washington Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals ("BIIA") ruled in favor of a Washington Refinery, vacating six citations originally issued by the Washington Department of Labor and Industries, Division of Safety and Health ("DOSH").
