Overview

Victoria Jepson, an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP, focuses her practice on a variety of litigation, government and internal investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions with particular focus on the financial services sector and white collar crime. She represents international and domestic companies, investment banks and other regulated entities, as well as individual officers and directors. Victoria also has experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special litigation committees in response to shareholders' allegations of insider trading and fraudulent financial reporting, and representing an independent compliance monitor appointed by the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and SEC in connection with a significant Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) settlement by a pharmaceutical company.

While in law school, Victoria served as a note and comment editor for the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business, and a judicial extern to the Honorable James B. Zagel of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to law school, Victoria worked at the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Victoria is dedicated to pro bono work and received the National Immigrant Justice Center's 2016 Rising Star Award for her outstanding efforts to promote, protect and advance human rights throughout the world and ensure access to justice for asylum seekers.
