The ABA Spring Conference on Environmental Law

Mark Farley, partner and co-head of the Katten's Environmental and Workplace Safety practice, will serve as a panelist during the "Practical Considerations Before and After a Terrorist Attack" session at the ABA Spring Conference on Environmental Law on Thursday, March 31 at 2:15 p.m. This panel will examine risk management issues in planning for the large scale disaster resulting from terrorist acts, including cybersecurity attacks against industrial control systems (ICS). These computer systems are used to control manufacturing processes and pipeline systems. ICS includes distributed control systems (DCS) and SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition). Mark will provide practical insight on how to manage the response to incidents such as these.
