Ricardo J. Hollingsworth

Ricardo J. Hollingsworth is co-chair of the Private Equity and Real Estate Fund Formation practice and represents private equity and venture capital firms in connection with their fund formation and portfolio company investments. He also represents institutional investors, including foundations, endowments, public and private pension plans and insurance companies in connection with their investments in alternative assets, direct investments, and secondary transactions. He has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate partnering transactions, strategic investments and corporate finance, including secured and unsecured debt financing transactions.

Prior to practicing law, Ricardo clerked for the Honorable Joseph W. Hatchett of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Before entering law school, he served as a captain in the US Air Force.
