Mark Farley, co-head of the Environmental practice and head of the Workplace Safety practice, will participate in the panel discussion "Preparing for the Worst After West: How Lawyers Can Prepare for and Handle High-Profile Industrial Accidents" at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29. The program will explore key preparations legal counsel and environmental practitioners should consider to minimize legal exposure. The panel will also address how in-house counsel and environmental practitioners can best help their clients to respond to accidents when they do occur, and review existing regulations for facility risk management and whether recent incidents indicate that flaws require fixing.
