Practical Patent Prosecution Training for New Lawyers

Intellectual Property Practice Partner Samson Helfgott will lead the international portion of the program on Friday, August 13 with his presentation, "PCT Filing and International Prosecution." He joins a faculty of skilled and experienced private and corporate practitioners and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office representatives for this three-day seminar presented by the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). The seminar is designed to provide practical guidance for new practitioners and to build on the basic substantive knowledge developed in preparation for the registration exam.  Instructional sessions cover a full range of patent prosecution topics and offer attendees hands-on claims drafting workshops.
