Joshua Rubenstein, head of the firm’s Private Wealth Practice, spoke with The AmLaw Daily on the changing existence of trusts and estates practices in law firms. While some firms have shed their practices as top-heavy and difficult to leverage, others target the area as a revenue source. As Mr. Rubenstein explains, “The problem is they’re such relationship-oriented businesses, you can’t slap them together.
