Danielle "Paige" Gallaspy concentrates her practice on a broad range of environmental, health and safety-related enforcement matters involving spills, toxic releases and other workplace incidents. Paige has helped clients respond to investigations by the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE), the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and state regulatory agencies. Prior to joining Katten, Paige worked as natural resource advisor on the Deepwater Horizon incident, where she provided support for operations regarding best management practices and compliance with Section 7 of the Endangered Species Act.
