OSHRC Decision Provides Guidance for PSM, Machine Guarding and Hazardous Chemical Labeling

In a recent decision, Secretary of Labor v. Delek Refining, Ltd., the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission ("OSHRC") addressed several noteworthy process safety management ("PSM") topics arising from six serious citations that were issued by OSHA to an oil refinery in Tyler, Texas.
