OSHA Cancels Volks Rule Following Disapproval Under CRA

On May 3, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA") officially withdrew its final rule titled "Clarification of Employer's Continuing Obligation to Make and Maintain an Accurate Record of each Recordable Injury and Illness" (a.k.a. "Volks Rule") following the review and repeal of the rule under the 1996 Congressional Review Act ("CRA").
