Osahon Okundaye

Osahon Okundaye concentrates his practice in structured finance and securitization matters. He regularly represents various parties in the structured finance market in both public and private transactions in the United States. He has experience representing CLO managers and underwriters in new issuances, refinancings and warehouses. He also has experience with asset-backed lending and cross-border credit facilities, as well as revolving credit facilities and structured term loans.

While in law school, Osahon served as a student-attorney with the University of Michigan Law School's Michigan Innocence Clinic, representing convicted individuals that the clinic believes to be actually innocent. Osahon also holds a graduate degree in business reporting from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, where he was a McCormick Scholar of Media.
