Mark Wood Quoted in Law360 on NYSE Proposal to List Companies Without an IPO

Mark Wood, head of Katten's Securities practice, commented to Law360 the New York Stock Exchange's (NYSE) withdrawal of its proposal to allow private companies to list on the exchange without an initial public offering (IPO).
