Kenneth Davis, Jr., will speak at the Radiology Business Management Association's "Managing a Radiology Practice from the Top: Physicians & Administrators Partner for Success ’08" seminar on the topic "Times are Changing: Recent Legal Developments of Interest to Radiology Businesses" on Friday, February 22 from 1:00–2:00 p.m.
This session will describe recent legal developments on a real time basis. It will provide participants insight into the practical consequences of these changes, and offer strategies for coping with the changes. The session will also explore other legal developments that may be on the horizon, and suggest what radiology businesses should be doing in anticipation of these potential developments.
