Kyle J. TumSuden

Kyle J. TumSuden is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring practice. Kyle's practice focuses on a broad range of insolvency-related matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts and restructurings, distressed asset sales and insolvency-based litigation.

Prior to joining Katten, Kyle was an associate in the restructuring and insolvency practice of a large law firm headquartered in New York.

While in law school, Kyle served as a senior member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and interned with the Securities Arbitration Clinic at St. John's University School of Law, where he represented underserved investors in arbitration proceedings against securities brokers and dealers. He also worked as an intern in the Market Regulation Department at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), where his work concerned securities regulation, compliance and enforcement.
