Kenneth Lore Quoted on House Tax Bill and Its Effect on Affordable Housing

East coast Real Estate practice head Kenneth Lore was quoted in Law 360 on the House Tax Bill, which eliminates tax-exempt private activity bonds considered crucial to financing affordable housing. It is noted that lawmakers likely do not understand the connection between these bonds and the Low Income-Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Ken stated, "Almost all of the new affordable housing that's being built is being done with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credits."
