Katten's Representation of Bausch & Lomb in District Court Noted in Law360

Firm News | September 5, 2013
A Florida federal judge refused to grant a preliminary injunction against Bausch & Lomb in a trademark infringement case. US District Judge Virginia Hernandez Covington agreed with a magistrate judge in ruling that Bausch & Lomb’s use of an ophthalmologist’s trademarked slogan “See Better. Live Better.” was unlikely to cause confusion among consumers. Intellectual Property attorneys Floyd Mandell, Carolyn Passen and Julia Kasper represented Bausch & Lomb in this matter.
