(LONDON) Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP announced today that it advised TriSpan, a leading private equity firm, on its acquisition of sk:n, the UK's top skincare specialist, from Graphite Capital.

A nationwide chain of clinics offering a range of non-surgical skin and cosmetic treatments, sk:n has pursued a rapid growth strategy which has developed into more than 51 sk:n clinics across the UK.

Katten's counsel was provided by a team led by Corporate and Private Equity partner Paul Rosen, who was supported by associate Kathryn Jarvis and trainee Laura Sevenoaks.
