(CHICAGO) Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP announced today that it received a perfect score on the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation, earning the firm the distinction of being named among the "Best Places to Work for LGBT Equality."

"I'd like to thank the Human Rights Campaign Foundation for continuing to recognize Katten's commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for attorneys and staff who are LGBT," said Katten Chief Diversity Officer Leslie D. Minier.

The rating and report is based on an evaluation of Katten's policies and practices for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) employees which include health care benefits, leave and other assistance that extends to same-sex partners.

Hadley, Katten partner and co-chair of the firm's LGBT Coalition, which supports LGBT attorneys at every stage of their career from recruitment through partnership.
