Kathryn T. Zwicker

Los Angeles – Century City Office

Kathryn T. Zwicker focuses her practice on all aspects of corporate finance, including the representation of private equity sponsors, independent sponsors, corporate borrowers and lending institutions in secured and unsecured financings, leveraged buyouts and other financing arrangements.

Prior to joining Katten, Kathryn was a corporate restructuring associate at Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern LLP, where she represented debtors, creditors and private equity clients in a variety of in- and out-of-court restructuring matters. She previously served as a term clerk for the Honorable Elizabeth S. Stong in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York and as a full-time extern at the US Department of Justice in Washington, DC, focusing on securities and financial fraud. In law school, Kathryn served as the chief comments editor for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs.
