Joshua Rubenstein Comments on Growing Trend in Family Estate Conflicts

Firm News | January 20, 2016

Joshua Rubenstein, national head of the firm's Trusts and Estates practice, was recently quoted in the Financial Advisor IQ on the rise of litigation involving family estates and trusts. He indicated that there are several factors in play regarding this trend, including attorneys accepting these types of cases on contingency, the increase in life expectancy and cultural shifts in what constitutes a family.
