Joseph F. Fiorill

Joseph F. Fiorill concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on disputes over real property. He has represented commercial and residential property owners, condominium associations, developers, lenders, public agencies, service providers and individuals in both litigation and transactional matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Joe was an associate in the real estate department at Ballard Spahr LLP. He previously served as a law clerk to the senior judges of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Before taking up the practice of law, Joe was a journalist with National Journal Group, covering international affairs and homeland security.

While attending law school, Joe was editor in chief of The Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law and a Global Law Scholar. Currently, he serves as legal counsel to the Christian Family Montessori School in Washington, DC.  He is fluent in French.
