Joshua Rubenstein, national head of the firm's Trusts and Estates practice, will participate in a program on "Planning for life after death: surrogacy and the status of frozen genetic material after death, property rights of the body and their impact on the laws of succession" at 2:30 p.m. (GMT+10) on Tuesday, October 10. The session will discuss reproductive rights in the global village, succession and property rights in regard to frozen genetic material after death, the entitlement to and status of frozen genetic materials after death and the right to procreate.
