House Subcommittee Proposes Cuts to OSHA Funding

The House Appropriations Subcommittee for Labor, Health and Humans Services, Education, and Related Agencies, which has jurisdiction over the budget for the U.S. Department of Labor, approved a proposed budget that cuts funding for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration ("OSHA") by $21.3 million from the fiscal year 2017 enacted level.
