Chris DiAngelo, managing partner of the New York office and co-head of the Structured Finance and Securitization practice, will join representatives from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to discuss the overall impact of mortgage regulatory reform for 2014 and beyond. Participants will also address the impact of the Johnson-Crapo Bill, the new securitization infrastructure and credit risk sharing proposed by the FHFA, and the Qualified Residential Mortgage rule.
