Global Financial Services Co-Chair Henry Bregstein was quoted in The Wall Street Journal and Fox Business on hedge fund manager taxes and charitable annuities. The deadline for paying federal and state taxes on offshore gains is due in nine months, as part of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of October 2008.
