Three Katten Health Care group partners will speak at this year's Health Care Law and Compliance Institute, which takes place March 1-3 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Michael Callahan and W. Kenneth Davis Jr. will lead the think tank "Outpatient Ancillary Services: Creative Structures for Competing into the Future" on Sunday, March 1 at 5:00 p.m. (ET). They will discuss some of the deal structures, what the alternatives require, and the differences among the key structures.

Laura Keidan Martin, also a member of the event's advisory committee, and Michael Callahan will present "Managing Institutional Risk: Fraud-Proofing Your Organization" on Monday, March 2 at 1:45 p.m. (ET). The session will provide practical guidance on risk education strategies based on recent case law developments, enforcement initiatives, and lessons from representing health care organizations in qui tam suits, internal investigations and self-disclosures.
