Gil Soffer on ABC7 News Commenting on San Francisco Police Department Bribery Investigation

Chicago office managing partner and national co-head of the White Collar Defense, Internal Investigations and Compliance practice Gil Soffer was featured on air discussing the charges that could be brought against a veteran San Francisco police officer who is under investigation for allegedly taking kickbacks for steering business to a towing company. Gil, ABC7's legal analyst and a former federal prosecutor, notes that the officer could face serious prison time, stating "The bribery statute that could potentially apply here imposes as many as four year in jail, in state prison."
