About Gabriela Chiriboga

Gabriela Chiriboga focuses her practice on private credit transactions. She represents lenders, strategic investors, private equity sponsors and borrowers in connection with US and cross-border secured and unsecured financings, leveraged buyouts and other financing arrangements primarily in the middle market. She has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of sectors including health care, information technology, software, telecommunications and insurance.

Providing insightful counsel on all facets of deals

Gabriela works to ensure transactions are negotiated efficiently and effectively by focusing on her clients' priorities and finding solutions that achieve her clients' business objectives while simultaneously protecting their interests.

While attending law school, Gabriela was a senior submissions editor for the Southern California Law Review and received the James G. Holbrook Award for outstanding service. She also worked for the USC Gould Immigration Clinic, where she represented clients in a variety of matters, including writing an appellate brief before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and preparing asylum applications.
