Webinar | March 11, 2014

Katten’s Health Care practice will present a webinar series on hot topics in health care in 2014. The first program, “Ethical Responsibilities in Health Care Transactions,” will take place at 1:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, March 11. Partners Kenneth Davis and Brooks Giles will review some of the general rules of ethics and discuss how those rules apply to negotiation and disclosure during a transaction.
