Emily C. Grimm

Emily Grimm is an associate in Katten's Litigation practice. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate litigation matters, including entertainment and media, intellectual property, contract disputes, and business torts. She has also worked on various pro bono matters, including adoptions.

While attending law school, Emily was a senior editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. She worked in the University of Southern California Immigration Clinic, representing clients in a variety of immigration matters, including asylum applications, applications for the survivors of domestic violence pursuant to the Violence Against Women Act and visa applications for victims of crimes. Emily also served as an extern for the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez at the US District Court in the Central District of California.
