Dina Wegh

Dina Wegh is an associate in the Financial Services practice. She advises investment managers to private funds and investors in private funds as well as broker-dealers, commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisers. On the manager side, Dina assists managers of all sizes on fund formation and continuing operation of their funds. She also advises managers as to their and their funds' regulatory obligations under federal securities and commodities laws, state securities laws, and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. On the investor side, Dina assists large institutional investors, including state pension plans, sovereign wealth funds and family offices, in negotiating side letters and performing due diligence of managers and funds.

While in law school, Dina served as a managing director for A Jailhouse Lawyer's Manual and was on the staff of the Human Rights Law Review.
