About Christopher T. Vazquez

Chris Vazquez represents corporate clients and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation and class action lawsuits.

Efficient advocacy

Chris's practice focuses on business disputes involving breach of contract, business torts, consumer finance, class action and multidistrict litigation, and adversarial proceedings in bankruptcy court. He has experience prosecuting and defending claims in state and federal court, at the trial and appellate levels.

Chris maintains an active pro bono practice. He has successfully represented asylum seekers through work with the National Immigration Justice Center. He also works with Legal Aid Chicago to provide free legal services through the De Diego Legal Clinic.

Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

During law school, Chris served as executive articles editor of the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics & Public Policy. He also served on the executive boards of the Business Law Forum and Hispanic Law Students Association.
