Christina Burgess regularly represents various participants in the structured finance market including issuers, underwriters, credit enhancers, lenders and borrowers on asset- and mortgage-backed transactions, with an emphasis on prime and sub-prime automobile loan and lease, dealer floorplan receivable and equipment lease securitizations and warehouses. Christina’s mortgage loan experience includes real estate mortgage investment conduit (REMIC) and risk sharing trust structures collateralized by performing, re-performing and non-performing loans. She has experience with both public and private transactions in the United States.
