Catriona M. Morgan

Catriona Morgan is special counsel in the Government and Public Finance group. She concentrates her practice in public finance and commercial real estate transactions.

Catriona has served as underwriter's, issuer's, disclosure and bond insurer's counsel in connection with a variety of public finance transactions, including health care, education, transportation, water and housing transactions. She has represented industrial development agencies in numerous corporate incentive transactions.

Catriona also has represented major institutional lenders in commercial real estate transactions, including construction, bridge and mezzanine financings, and permanent financings for securitizations. She has negotiated lease and sublease agreements on behalf of both landlords and tenants for office, retail, and warehouse space, and also has represented clients in connection with corporate and real estate acquisitions.

During law school she was ADR Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and editor of ADR & The Law.
