Financial Services partner Carolyn Jackson was quoted by Risk.net regarding the potential for uncertainty stemming from European Securities and Markets Authority's (ESMA) recent announcement that "will temporarily leave parts of a wide-ranging overhaul of securities and commodities markets regulation to national authorities" when the new rules go into effect in January 2018. Carolyn noted that confusion on position limits could become an issue, stating, "There is the potential for the limits to change.
