The California Occupational Safety and Health Administration Standards Board has noticed a 45-day comment period and public hearing in Pasadena, CA on March 21, 2019 to discuss amendments to 8 C.C.R. §3203 ("IIPP"). The amendments would allow employees, and their "designated representatives," access to an employer's IIPP upon written request.
