Cal/OSHA Revises Policy and Procedures Manual, Changes Requirements to Document Willful Violations

The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health ("Cal/OSHA") recently revised several sections of its Policy and Procedures ("P&P") Manual, including sections relating to documenting the existence and classification of a violation. One of the most notable changes is Cal/OSHA’s process for classifying a citation as "willful."
