Securities Litigation Practice co-chair, Bruce Vanyo, and Mark Conley, co-chair of the Los Angeles Corporate Practice, contributed to the most recent issue of California Lawyer. The two served as panelists at a Securities Roundtable, published in the October issue of California Lawyer. Mr. Vanyo and Mr. Conley discussed the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Tellabs, Inc. v. Makor (127 S. Ct. 2499 (2007)); the Court’s upcoming consideration of Stoneridge Investment Partners v. Scientific-Atlanta, Inc. (127 S.
