Allison Yacker, partner and Co-Chair of Katten's Investment Management and Funds practice, was named to Corporate Counsel Business Journal's (CCBJ) inaugural 50 Women to Watch list. The CCBJ selection committee chose the final 50 honorees from a pool of nearly 500 nominees who exude leadership qualities in their businesses and communities. The list recognizes women who drive change; support professional development; influence on regulatory matters; contribute to diverse talent recruitment and retention; involvement in corporate social responsibility or environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives; make an effort to enhance diversity in the C-suite and boards of directors; provide ally or mentorship, and play a role in driving business success.

Allison is a member of the firm's board of directors and is on the Steering Committee of Katten's Women's Leadership Forum, which supports the strategic retention and advancement of women attorneys at the firm through mentoring and professional development programs. She recently achieved a Certificate in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. Allison has a long-standing relationship with 100 Women in Finance as an Angel Member. In 2018, she was named a Working Mother of the Year in Working Mother Magazine.
