Abimbola Oladokun

Abimbola Oladokun focuses her practice on litigation and dispute resolution, with an emphasis on white collar matters and class actions. Abi is a member of the independent compliance monitor team appointed in connection with a significant Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) settlement by a pharmaceutical company. Also, she represents Fortune 500 companies in relation to antitrust and employment discrimination matters.

Prior to joining Katten, Abi worked with an NGO focused on war crimes and genocide, and focused extensively on international relations. She also worked with an NGO in Malawi emphasizing prisoner reform. Additionally, Abi taught middle school language arts in Miami, Florida for two years.

While in law school, Abi contributed to the content for a hornbook on white collar affairs, specifically on corruption in the law, and served as editor of social outreach for the Journal of Human Rights. She also participated in the Bluhm Legal Clinic with the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic and was president of the Black Law Students Association.
