Partner Mark Wood will moderate, and Partner David Pentlow will speak as a panelist on "IPO Alternatives for Smaller Companies" at 10:25 a.m. on Wednesday, November 10. The panel will examine how the recent market crisis has affected APOs (Reverse Mergers with concurrent PIPEs) with and without follow-on underwritten public offerings. The panel will also examine raising capital as a smaller public company post IPO & APO through PIPE and Registered Direct deals, and will discuss traditional small-cap IPOs, auction IPOs and best efforts underwritings.
