Scott A. Resnik, a New York-based partner in the Firm’s White Collar Criminal and Civil Litigation Practice, was quoted in a Newark Star-Ledger article about the Congressional hearing involving Roger Clemens and his former trainer, Brian McNamee, over Mr. Clemens’ alleged steroid use, as well as the recent allegations that Mr. Clemens’ wife was injected with Human Growth Hormone by Mr. McNamee. Responding to a question regarding the alleged use of HGH by Mr. Clemens’ wife, Mr. Resnik noted that, “"It just absolutely raised this to a whole new level. If this proves to be legitimate and real, (Clemens) may have just walked himself into the bull's-eye of a perjury prosecution," (“Somebody has to be lying about steroid use,” February 11, 2008).
