Partner Michael Rosensaft Quoted in National News Outlets Discussing Charges Against Bin Laden Son-in-Law

Firm News | March 12, 2013
Michael Rosensaft, a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice, spoke with Bloomberg, the Associated Press (which were picked up by print, online and broadcast media nationally and internationally), The Wall Street Journal, the Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times regarding the prosecution of top Al Qaeda spokesman and son-in-law of Osama bin Laden, Sulaiman Abu Ghaith. Mr. Rosensaft, a former federal prosecutor, explained the role Abu Ghaith played in the Al-Qaeda organization and that the decision to try Abu Ghaith in federal court rather than before a military tribunal rests on trade-offs among security, secrecy and rules of evidence.
