Partner Floyd Mandell Quoted in Managing IP on the Upsides of Mediation in Trademark Disputes

Floyd Mandell, a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice, was quoted in a Managing Intellectual Property article on the advantages of mediation in trademark lawsuits like the one involving Chrysler and the "Imported from Detroit" slogan. Mr. Mandell believes trademark cases are particularly well-suited for mediation. “It’s the beauty of trademark law,” he says. “There are very few cases where a good lawyer can’t take either side and make an argument.
