Partner Floyd Mandell Named Top Intellectual Property Strategist for Third Consecutive Year

Floyd Mandell, Chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice, was named to Intellectual Asset Management magazine’s list of the world’s 250 leading intellectual property strategists for the third consecutive year. The IAM Strategy 250 highlights individuals across disciplines who "have a fully rounded approach to IP management and value creation, and how both should be aligned to overall business strategy." In order to be considered for the publication, each candidate had to receive three separate nominations from IP professionals. Intellectual Asset Management’s extensive research process, involving interviews over the course of five months, then narrowed the field to the final 250 leading names.
